Each project is unique, but they all have one thing in common: concrete challenges and expected results.
At Nectra Consulting, I have supported organizations from various sectors (transport, industry, retail, services) to clarify, straighten out and implement their projects.

Audit of a service provider in difficulty
Context: A strategic project was running late due to difficulties with the service provider in charge of integration.
My role: Carrying out a complete audit (organization, deliverables, planning), identifying flaws and making corrective recommendations.
Result: Informed decisions taken by management, recovery of the project and resumption of collaboration on clear bases
Digital rebranding
Context: A multi-brand company needed to unify its digital identity and review all of its customer support.
My role: Managing the rebranding project, defining business needs and validating deliverables with service providers.
Result: New consistent brand image, greater visibility and rapid adoption internally and externally
Creation of a training service
Context: A company undergoing digital transformation needed to train its employees in new tools and working methods.
My role: Design and implementation of a training service from A to Z: definition of courses, creation of materials, facilitation of the first sessions and transfer of skills to internal trainers.
Result: An operational training service, teams quickly upskilled and accelerated adoption of new tools
